         Intolerance of Perspective

Who are we? Some say humans, some say homo sapiens so as to make the answer more complex. But the truth is that we are perspectives. We are a growing soul with some or another perspective. Our perspectives become our reason for every action we do. Our action makes our future. So basically we all are on Earth for some reason or another. Perspectives of a human being can influence the perspective of another human being. So this analogy forms an interesting mix of ideas which we all might have not taught of. For some such perspectives are nothing but ways to dominate someone. Having strong perspectives is important. It shows who you are as a human. But sometimes, you can dominate others and easily prove other people's perspective wrong. It is not only about indirectly offending someone but it is about blocking knowledge. Knowledge is the curated sack of perspectives. When we prove perspectives wrong or ignore them, we are decreasing our scope of getting knowledge.

Debate is different from domination. Debate aims to yield the placement or the right usage of a perspective or idea at the right place and the right time. We often prove someone's point wrong. That is the wrong attitude we have towards a conversation of stipulating debate. Few things ask for collaboration. But collaboration is not compromise. My father says that there can be only one right solution which does the trick perfectly. If we don't compromise on solutions, people might say we are intolerant and keep on ignoring ideas. But during debate one has to find a solutions which cures the loophole in a problem. Not choosing the right option might prove to be detrimental. You must listen, evaluate and debate to choose the right problem. Don't compromise when you know that it is in favor of everyone. But you must have all the answers. Then only will you gain trust. You must trust other's solution so will they trust yours. Our perspectives speaks about us. My hearty request to you all is to tolerate ideas, be it good or bad. There is always something fruitful hidden inside each and every perspective.
